How do I know if I am eligible for transport?
You can phone us on 49907247 or call the Community Care Access Point (CCAP) on 1300 731 556 (for the cost of a local call) so that you can be assessed.
How much does it cost?
While we receive some funding to provide transport, we do ask that everyone who uses the service pays a fare. Please note that nobody is denied transport if they are unable to pay. Depending on your financial circumstances we can look at alternative options e.g. paying in advance when you have the money or pay some now and the balance later.
Please talk to us if you are having difficulty paying the fare.
How do I book transport?
Please call the office to make bookings as soon as you get them. We can take bookings months in advance and some services need a minimum of one weeks’ notice.
